RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, in original packaging with all accessories included, and free from signs of wear or damage.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email support@aorawatime.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us immediately at support@aorawatime.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
